I just had THE MOST AMAZING facial I've had in years with Jaime Berry. Her demeanor is soothing and relaxing, I instantly went into deep relaxation mode, which got even better with an amazing neck and shoulder massage (she has a background in massage as well as skin). She does an incredible job of explaining the products that she uses, what they contain & what they do for your skin. The end results were simply amazing, I left the cute Victorian her room is in (seasons of skin) feeling fresh, dewy and relaxed...no joke this facial made my skin look like it did in my early twenties. I can't speak highly enough of Jaime, I HIGHLY recommend anyone dealing with any kind of skin condition (oily, dry, acne prone) see her.
Its clear she has an absolute passion from what she does and it comes through in the quality of her facials, and the whole experience she provides.
I should also mention she is all about results, and works with her clients on in attaining whatever goals a client might have for their complexion.

I have never felt so disrespected! I am so frustrated that yes- I really had to go out of my way to write this long review. I had such a bad experience with Owner, Monica Udell. I treat myself every month to a facial or massage. I just moved to Santa Rosa and was looking for a new place to visit. I purchased a Groupon, just to try it out. I booked my appointment and was scheduled to come in yesterday, 11/10/2015 at 6:00 pm. I arrived at 5:55 to an empty building. As I said, I have never been to Seasons of skin before. To my left was a walk-way.I made my way to the back, looking for an entrance. As I am walking up a car was backing out of their spot and headed towards me. She didn't slow down and almost hit me, obviously NOT paying any attention to her surroundings. I am face to face with the driver and she doesn't bother saying anything no "oh hey sorry didn't see you." NOTHING. I called the phone number listed on their website twice and still received no answer. I waited the next day for a call back and when I didn't receive one, I sent the owner an e-mail. This was her response.
"We had you were scheduled at 6:00 PM. We waited until 6:08 and decided to leave. We can reschedule your appointment for another time. Please call us and let us know if you are going to be late for future appointments. If you would like a refund please contact Groupon."
I definitely didn't expect this kind of response. Especially because well... I WASN'T LATE. The great thing about cell phones, CALL LOG- which shows the times I called. After receiving this e-mail I called Monica again and was finally able to speak with her. I explained that I don't appreciate her not taking any responsibility and trying to put it on me. All I wanted was a simply "I apologize, how do I make this right?" Instead I was called a "little liar." I also asked if it was her leaving the parking lot AT 6:00 pm NOT 6:08pm, almost hitting me and her response was "you were walking on the exit, not my fault." SERIOUSLY?!

I have been to many estheticians, and I am hooked on Monica! She is a wonderful person, so cheerful and insightful--I can tell her anything. She is gifted in her work; I get monthly facials, eyelash tint and brow waxing, and many people tell me I look younger than I am. My skin shines, I happily recommend Monica at Seasons of Skin.
