I love this hospital! When I brought my first kitten in all of the staff had to come in and say hi to her! Not only that but they remembered her when I brought her in for subsequent visits. The vet is a die-hard and got on to me when I admitted to not cleaning my cat box on a regular basis (up to 5 days) and in a kind way where he's showing the concern for my baby. He truly cares about animals and wants the best for them, which is what I personally want for my animal's care! Now that I'm back in the area with a dog in tow I'll definitely be bringing my fur-babies here. They always answer the phone and they always care. I really feel love from the moment I enter to the moment I leave. 5 star in my book!!

Been our vet for over ten years. Recommend to everyone. Dr. Thorne is incredibly gentle and knowledgeable.

This place is absolutely wonderful. They have a common sense approach to animal care. Another Vet has all these "programs" set up and diagnostic tests they insist strongly they need to perform $$$$. Alderbrook has caring, kind, considerate people working there that are not just putting on a phony smile. I trust them with my Dog Maxwell and our Birds Zazu and Pongo too.

My name is Homer. I am nine years old. Oh my, how time flies. I was only eight weeks old when I was taken to Alderbrook for the first time. I was more curious than frightened because I knew, even then, that my parents loved me so much. Dr. Thorne was very understanding and reassuring. He gave me a shot that hurt a little for a very short time even in dog years. I have been going to Alderbrook about twice a year and I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I do like to be respected. After all I can trace my family for seven generation. Once when I was sick, he called home to talk to my parents to see how I was doing. He and his staff really care. I have recommended Alderbrook to my friends in the neighborhood and they are very grateful.

Our 3 dogs have gone to Alderbrook Pet Hospital for over 14 years. All of them have been comfortable while examined, treated, and boarded. They love the staff and especially Dr. Thorne. Our current dog runs up the stairs to the front door so excited to be there. He walks immediately onto the scale for his weight check. I recommend Alderbrook to anyone who wants a top notch vet for their beloved pet.
