I went to the Baldino Sub in Augusta Ave, the young man that waited in me was awesome he has great customer service skills, but the Black girl I guess she want to be a cook with a I Dream of Jeannie ponytail was horrible. I brought a sandwich from the same location this same persons mess up the sandwich after the paper stated no vegetables. I went back again today she really act the way she look so sad, but i was in the phone giving the young man the order and the BLACK wanna be I Dream of Jeannie said something to the young man but I heard her. She never directed her conversation to me. So I Dream of Jeannie made a comment to the other employees "Oh no I'm not fixing her sandwich" which that's a good thing cause I don't think she can read, then she the employee jump on her personal phone. If the customers not allowed to be on the phone the same should apply to employees too. It was brought to the supervisor attention but it was a waste of my time, bottom line I'll NEVER go back there again.

I've heard this place has better sandwiches than all put together. The place was a little dirty but GotDamn the sandwiches are to die for!

Absolutely horrible experience the restaurant was dirty and they don't even carry the full menu. Hope you don't like pepperoni rolls they don't even make them unless you call a day ahead. Can't even really consider this a true Baldinos. Just horrible. Plus the staff was Beyond unpleasant

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life, I didn't know I had to ask for a drink separately and assumed it came with my meal. When I said something to the lady at the registered she responded with, "I don't know if you thirsty you need to order what you want." I've never been to this place I have no idea. Then she continued to mouth off to her coworkers about me and the others were saying I was going to get cussed out. They all went to the back and began laughing, at that point I didn't want my food anymore. I threw it away. I mean what kind of business is that? Yeah I could have just got a drink after the fact but damn, continueing to talk about a customer when I'm sitting right there saying I'm " gonna get it" what is that? A threat? I couldn't even call corporate and I'm sure the manager wouldn't even care about a complaint. Waste of $6
