There's a guy called James that works at Marcos in Hanersham village...he should be promoted to store manager. Over loaded with work, under staffed and dealing with inexperienced team members; he still made me feel ok about leaving the store to wait for my pizza 45 minutes after placing my order with him in person. He started on my pizza personally and did so with my satisfaction in mind.
ONE star for the store FIVE stars for James. Order#49. 10 inch thin delux uno, 11/7/17. 6:29PM. It is now 7:31pm, pizza is 'on the way'.

Every time we order it's wrong. Why have a website that allows you to have your order your way when they do your order their way. Haven't had it in a while since the last few times were horrible. Tried again. Nothing has changed. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I had ordered pizza and wings in which they said I would get it in 45 min. An hour passed and I had not yet received my order so I called the store. They said they had not started on my order. I asked to speak to a manager and management refused to come to the phone to speak with me. After a couple of minutes of talking to an employee they said they now decided to start on my order. I did not receive my food until a 30 min later. A total of 1hr and 30min to have my food cooked and delivered to me.

The staff and food were simply amazing. We felt welcomed and it was such a delight to eat here. Sad that they didn't advertise their Valentine's Day pizza. That's right!!!! They carry a heart shape thin crust only pizza.
