Called in to order a soup to-go and was told if I arrive before 9pm I should have no problem getting it because they have it ready. Arrive at 8:57pm and was told they “ran out” even though I literally just spoke to an employee on the phone. Don’t know how you run out of soup in a few minutes. Disappointed I drove all the way there for no reason.

Love this Panera! Affordable and the mac n cheese is always delicious. Always come here for a quick lunch when I can.

I walked in and I was the only customer at the counter. There were three employees behind the counter not one of them even looked at me no hello's nothing. When I asked if they were opened one of them said someone will be with you shortly. They were open for thirty minutes at that point. The same thing happened the morning before, the customer service is extremely poor I will never come here again and I don't recommend anyone to come here.

I stopped in with the intent to get the green smoothie! However the young lady that served me was so cute and friendly ... When asked how can i help you, my I replied what's good and healthy ? Her answer was everything, I eat every thing here so I know it's good.. I was so tickled I ordered the strawberry oatmeal she recommended! If she ever is in need of a job I would hire her! Her attitude said it all...

I come to this location pretty often. The staff is generally very friendly and the food comes up quick. I've never had an issue with the accuracy of the order. The only issue that I have on a pretty regular basis is the tables seem to be dirty throughout the day.
