Spotted a pedi-cab on our way into restaurant and asked if he's come back for us in 3 hrs. Andrew said yes, and picked us up for a leisurely ride to our next destination. Because we were early, asked if he could take the "scenic route." Though we didn't ask him to, he gave us a nice narrated tour of the several blocks to our meeting spot (he actually gave better "ghost" stories than the "ghost tour" we bought). Imagine our surprise when he charged us $45! That was more than the cab ride from the airport. We decided to walk back to our hotel after our ghost tour.

My husband is working in Savannah and decided to go out for his bday well needless to say he totally got wasted and needed me to call him a taxi, well I'm home in Atlanta and had no idea where my husband and his coworkers went to celebrate all he knew was he was at a BP on river street so I get on Google and I type in BP on River Street I find the BP where he is then I can go and I googled the address to where his company has him staying last I google "Taxi on river street Savannah ga" and royal bike taxi picks my dunk and confused 😐 husband within five minutes and gets him to the hotel safely Thanks 🙏🏾

My wife is 7 MONTHS PREGNANT and Greg, with Royal Bike Taxi, took EXCELLENT care of us. We were in town for our babymoon and booked a trolley to tour us around so my wife could take pictures. It was nice, but we couldn't see some of the taller structures due to the trolley's roof. So we go off to walk around. My pregnant wife was a great sport, but I quickly noticed she needed to get off her feet. That's when I found Greg. Without missing a beat, he kindly said he wouldn't mind taking us around and treated my wife like a queen. He took us around and stopped in nice shady spots while he answered my wife's questions about the town. He even suggested a nice place to eat and biked us half way across town to get to it. HE WAITED OUTSIDE so we could see the menu. He left us his card and said he wouldn't mind taking us around some more if we wanted. We were so delighted with his service, that later in the day, we called him back to see if he could get back to our car ACROSS TOWN. He gave us a EXCELLENT scenic tour back to our car, even stopping at great landmarks, so my wife could get out and take pictures. ***THE BEST PART***... without even offering, he just started positioning the bike taxi at great photo locations and then stepped out of the way so she could take the shot right from the bike taxi chair (i attached a photo). IT MADE HER DAY! He went everywhere for us and made it seem so effortless. He then took us across town within feet of our car. Amazing service! Thank you!!!!

Better than Uber!! As newlyweds and Savannah newbies my wife and I couldn't have been happier with Royal Bike Taxi, Keith is a total pro and an absolute gentleman. He gave us some basic history and pointers on where to eat and what to see while in town. We'll be calling on him for the duration of our trip!
