Low quality fish, and overpriced. It's about the same quality you'd get from a grocery store or a much cheaper restaurant. The chefs selection included ground up salmon in a roll, and bottom fish. This is the leftover salvage parts of seafood. The creme Brulee was hot outside and cold in the middle. Obviously microwaved before bringing it out. On the other hand service is quite good. They'll automatically add a 20% tip to all orders though don't accidentally double tip

This is probably some of the best Japanese food in town. While it's a bit pricey, the quality of the food far exceeds its price. Absolute must-visit.

Easily one of my favorites in the area, if not my top favorite. Been here multiple times and have also introduced new people to the restaurant, always with glowing reviews. We've attended a sake tasting event recently as well, which included a spectacular five-course meal -- highly recommended.
The staff are polite and knowledgeable of what is being served, and are able to provide suggestions if desired. The quality of food being served rivals that of what we've had in Japan, definitely in the authentic style and taste. If you go with the omakase, it will be brought out set by set until you say you're getting full, where you'll be offered either a half set or the opportunity to throw in the towel -- no set dollar packages. The selections are seasonal and offer a great way to try new things.

Some of the best sushi I have ever had. Everything we ate was made perfectly and the service was awesome. It is spendy, but what does one expect from a place that serves quality ingredients? Their yellowfin roll is incredible. The overall atmosphere is perfect for a date night. Will definitely be going back!

Extremely friendly chefs serving fresh, high quality sushi. Sit at the bar if you can.
The best oysters I have ever had. The 3 course meal was an amazing way to try a variety and even the dessert was fantastic. My favorite spot from my entire trip to Seattle.
