This place is so phenomenal, very modernize. Their Grilled Half Chicken in a Tuscan Marinade with a Sweet Onion was amazingly great. Also I love their Traditional Pecan Pie. Price is a bit high but it's all worth it!

Been here several times.
Best dishes: go for the Cajun/creole specialties. Best pecan pie in the world.
Food quality/Consistency/Price: pretty much everything I've had here is good, but on the expensive end. Their morning happy hour is a pretty sweet deal.
Wait/Atmosphere/Service/Location: it's a busy place for sure. Comfortable with dim lighting and candles. Service is great. It's right in queen Anne ave so convenient but parking sometimes take a few rounds.

We found this place recommended on both Google and Yelp and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The food was amazing and an explosion of taste in every bite. Great breakfast/lunch place. I got the grilled skirt steak and my wife got the Dungeness Crab with Egg Benedict. You will not be disappointed here.

I give Toulouse 4 stars for an amazing breakfast fare. Their lunch and dinner menus have not been my favorite. Usually the dishes are too salty. They take pride in having the best happy hour menu, but the dishes are tiny and you get what you pay for. I would rather spend more money and get one of their full entrees which taste exponentially better. I would also eat here more often if the food weren't so salty. Cocktails are great (strong and decently priced). They're also open super later and is a great place for a date or intimate outing with friends.

If you like Cajun food or even fried chicken you gotta eat here. I ordered a burger and my wife got their crispy fried chicken gumbo and I ended up eating most of her food because it was so good. The fried chicken with all of the black pepper kind of reminds me of the screen door in Portland. It has a good kick so if you can't really handle spicy be careful. The fries that came with my burger were really good. Worth getting the gumbo and fries as your meal here.
