The staff in this center is horrifyingly rude! I am an AVIS rewards customer so I was stuck with using them but over time, I have been using the Hertz center two blocks away more and have a much better experience. Save yourself this staff's crappy attitude and switch to Hertz!

I did not have any problem with them, and everything was very organized. Usually some care rentals are looking for a reason to charge you but they did not charge me anything.

This branch was very good.
Beware of dropping back at the airport, there's no gas station nearby!! $117 to fill us up at Avis because I couldn't find a gas station!

Excellent location, clean cars, nice staff. It helps if one pays for the reservation ahead of time because then the car is guaranteed. If not, it can be hit or miss. Of all the rental companies in this area, I like this one better than it's nearby competitors.

Worst car rental experience I have ever had. I would rate 0 star if I can. I can't express how rude the staff is. We originally booked a car in another Avis centre but we have to transfer to here because of bus delay. The original centre did not transfer our request and the staff here refused to handle our case. We wish to check the price differences if and the staff said "You are wasting my time. I am not gonna make it just for checking the price". We explained we are not trying to waste his time but he said "you are already doing it." I can't believe I m in Seattle 2017. If you are reading this comment. Think twice if you want to choose renting a car from this company.
