219.00 for 7.4 miles of towing is extremely expensive. The guy who picked me up was nice and courteous but I will not use again.

I regret not getting their names because these guys were awesome. Our car overheated on Mercer in the middle of rush hour traffic and they still ended up getting here super quickly, maybe 20 min after we called. They pulled us into an O'Reilly's and helped us troubleshoot our coolant problems (because I didn't know what to do at all). Professional, chill, and awesome people. These guys will stay with you until you can get on your feet again.

ET towing claiming to be 24hr is a bold face lie. I was in a gnarly accident a couple blocks from their office at 7am on a Thsday and when I called the office the phone just rang. I called a couple more times and no one answered. I'm sure ET is great if you are in an accident during business hours... But they left me high and dry today and I will never use their service in the future.

Found them on Google after I got in a car accident and the car was undriveable. They responded quickly, and we're professional and courteous. They gave me a few options on what I could do, and then towed the car to the shop of my choice - no hassles.
I would use them again in the future if needed.
