I had a urgent matter and the staff got me in right away, on time and the issue was evaluated and handled. Dr. Chin made sure I understood what was going on to ensure I got the best care possible. The admin staff also took the time to check with my insurance so I would know how much I would expect to pay. I would highly recommend Dr. Chin and his staff.

I recently switched my dentistry from a Bellevue practice to Dr. Chin’s. The transition could not have been easier, Dr. Chin’s office took care of all the paperwork and immediately made me feel at home. Friendly customer service from all staff members and professional quality dentistry, I am very happy with my new dentist. I would recommend Dr. Chin’s office to anyone in the Seattle area, it is located conveniently in the heart of Capitol Hill and has a real community feel. Love this place!

Got my first crown yesterday and they did a great job. I felt very taken care of and they described every step of the process so I felt safe and informed. 👍

Ann Gen is a terrific dental hygienist. She was patient and helpful with all my questions. She's a great teacher with a positive and kind attitude.

I have been a patient of Dr Chin's for my entire life. The care I've received at Dr Chin's practice has always been consistently high quality, which has kept my loyalty and business for 30+ years. Even with staff changes over the many years, it has always been consistent and met my expectations. I've always been treated well, and appointment are timely and thorough.
