Great place to stay. The staff was polite and didn't harass me every time I walked in and out. Definitely will recommend.

This is an OK four-star hotel. The beds are pretty mediocre: the springs aren't very comfortable and moving jostles the whole bed. The water here, while not under the hotel's control necessarily, is very chlorinated. The parking structure is a mess: tight corners and big pillars. Location is good for food, it's pretty quiet, and staff + shuttle are great. Overall, I think there's better options, though.

Had a great stay at the Silver Cloud, Broadway. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy, the shower head had power so it didn't take forever to rinse my hair........the staff were very friendly and we loved hanging at Jimmy's for a late night cap - the bartender there was theeeeeee best! We would definitely stay here again!!!! Great location too!!!!
Had a great stay at the Silver Cloud, Broadway. Clean rooms, great restaurant and bar. Great staff. My flight was cancelled and I could not use my first night stay. I called less than 24 hours before check in and although they did not have to refund me my first night stay, Mike did so. Only wish it was not so expensive. Parking is extra so if you can, don't bring a car. most everything is walking distance.
