Went to nearby St. James Cathedral a block away. Then was looking for an Italian restaurant and saw Vito's. I was very pleasantly surprised and will not eat anywhere else when in town.

Delicious food and great atmosphere! My husband and I love date night here, especially when there's live music. Recommendations aren't required, but I definitely recommend, especially if you have more than two people in your party. If you're adventurous in your cocktails, definitely give the bartenders choice a try.

Gorgeous place to eat or just have a drink at the bar. Very dark and cozy. Perfect for dining alone or for date night. Often have live music. There was a jazz band when I was there. Lovely and romantic.

This Is a beautiful ,clean and for novelty sakes a place when there was a harder clientele. Now this place should be considered as historic . Darkly lit it's perfect for a first date or anyone looking for a really fun and different bar and restaurant. Also really good food and full bar with their own signature drinks. Don't be intimated when you first walk in as you eyes ajust you will come to and realize your where you want to be.

I stumbled across Vito's while exploring the neighborhood around the hospitals. Great find. Bartender and staff friendly - food traditional and good (for an Italian restaurant). Dark with atmosphere. Before they banned smoking it would also have been smoke filled. Loved it.
