Nice, (very) small "park" with good view of Seattle ... If you want a pic of Seattle thia is the place to go, may wish to use a drone during the summer months to get above the trees.

Nice little look out with a story pole (a totem pole like carving with a story instead of totem spirits). The view is great! and there's an easy on easy off with parking, but its not a place for a picnic or a walk.
