This is one of Seattle's hidden gems of a park and recreation area. It has a network of trails through a natural shoreline with Lake Union and a LEEDS certified facility and great playground.

Great play ground and community center. The area is great for launching a kayak​ or paddle board.

Great obstical course like playground with workout stations for parents. Easy walk to the marsh islands

Great park for playing a game of pick up soccer. You see a lot of happy families enjoying the playground. I used to bike through every day and the best part are the many blackberry bushes on the eastern side of the park. This year they were ripe in August and man they were delicious.
