Dark, lawless wooded area. Lots of homeless people with lots of drugs and problems. Too many spiders... Especially hobo spiders.. T.T

It's like a 3rd world country. It's scary and disgusting. Old mattresses, Used needles, dirty diapers and any other nasty debris you can imagine EVERYWHERE. lots of tents of homeless people camping.

This place seems abandoned except to those who are camping there. There is nothing stopping you entering the area but it is clearly not maintained or monitored. Doesn't seem interesting enough to risk exploration

Sadly, there's a lot of litter in the park, and probably people living there. You can see tents around the place, even being forbidden.
