Hate is very strong language but i wore this as a cautionary warning. This corner is also known as "Crack Central". It is frequented by drug dealers, users, vagrants, unfortunates and homeless with crowds gathering daily. It is an historic site with its fountain, which has not been operational for years. I live in the area and have been approached, propositions and threatened here. Be forewarned, approach at your own risk.
