I got a carnivorous plant to help with the fruit flies in my house. It is lovely and easy to care for. The staff were helpful and enthusiastic, definitely coming back!

I have been a Plowbox subscriber since it's launch and I have always been happy with the seeds and gifts I receive. I love that with every delivery, I get easy to follow instructions for planting.
I have also been to the Seattle Seed shop in person and it's so cute! The owner is always there to answer any questions I have and help me choose seeds for my garden based on my efforts/abilities. I never leave without a little extra gift item because there is always something I just can't leave behind!

This is such an amazing, wonderfully curated shop! Great gifts for others or for yourself. They have an assortment of live plants, pots, candles, gardening supplies, and of course seeds. Highly recommend.

Seattle Seed Company is one of my favorite stores in Seattle! Super-friendly, knowledgeable staff have always answered all my gardening questions; every seed I've purchased has grown into tasty and beautiful vegetables; PLUS they have the cutest, most unique gifts anywhere - and they're affordable!!! The soap and candles are essentials in my house. Been a loyal customer for 3 years and many more to come!

I ordered a gardening gift box that I was really excited about. It looked cute and unique online. It was meant to be an October birthday present for a friend. The website was misleading and mentioned a fall basket delivery but apparently my order only qualified for winter delivery. I emailed with the company and they assured me the box would go out with the winter orders. They even mailed a notice to the recipient. It's now April and I just received an email saying they somehow missed sending mine during winter and are now shipping a spring box! 6 months later and my friend will finally receive her birthday present. I asked for some sort of a refund and am hoping they honor that considering the circumstances. Really creative company and idea, really crappy service.
