The food is excellent but the young man working the register is not very friendly and acts like he doesn't want to be there. Food is good though

The food is delicious. Portions of meat are gargantuan. A lot of the reviews are complaining about the guy at the register with a flat affect - Frankly it's a non-issue.

Went for lunch and had a small line. Delicious food and big portions.

The food is amazing but the guy running the front is extremely off putting and rude. He seems pissed off all the time

I'm rating this awful because the guy who answers the phone is horrible. I have excellent service during lunch. Lunch time it's fast and the service from the lady is always pleasant. My husband and I have had 3 terrible experiences when calling or in person with this guy around 5:45 pm. He's plain rude and sounds annoyed by people . Has anyone experienced this? I'm shocked!
