Me and my family went for dinner and we had a horrible experience. We ordered two different types of steak and about 30 minuets later they told us they did not have them. It took the water 20 minuets to bring 3 cokes. The server seemed busy with the bigger tables who are ordering alcoholic drinks to get bigger tips. This was supposed a be a family dinner. Me and my mom were first to eat and my moms food wasn’t hot and my dad and my brothers got there food at the very end. It was very unfortunate that the service wasn’t very good because all the other Ruth Chriss have been to have been amazing. I suggest to skip Ruth Chris and go to metropolitan grill it is so much better and the service rocks there

First time in Seattle and my friend took me to dinner here for my birthday and it was amazing! The service was great and the food was awesome! I ordered the 6oz steak with shrimp, creamed spinach and house salad and creme brulle for desert. Worth every penny. My steak was medium and very very good!Our server Catherine was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed without being over pushy. I will definitely make this a stop EVERY time I come to seattle.

Service was good. Wait staff leaves you alone to enjoy your meal. My steak was egregiously undercooked. I ordered it medium and it came out between rare and medium rare. It also had much more gristle than should be tolerated by a high end restaurant. It was served sizzling on a pipping hot plate so I think the idea was to have it finish cooking on the plate. It definitely didn't work. Extremely disappointing for a $50 steak. I could have gone to Applebee's and saved $30.
