Generous portions for around $10. I need to try the teriyaki chicken but the general tsos just kind of tasted like ketchup after the first couple bites. 30 minutes later and I still have a strong taste of ketchup stuck in my mouth.

The portions are generous and pricing is moderate. However, they put a copious amount of sauce on many dishes (maybe some people are into that, but it is a bit much for me). Some of the sauces are a bit weird tasting, and the veggies in my meal, while hot, were still totally raw inside. The rice and chicken were both good though.

Decent quality but a bit inconsistent. The yakisoba was not great tasting.

Toshi's is really great teriyaki. Parking is a little tricky in the U District. Consider doing take out on a warm summer night.
