It's a great downtown hotel with a good location. Walking distance of everything, even Capital Hill which is all downhill coming back. I've stayed here before Loews purchased and did a refresh. Overall just a change in the color scheme and room furnishings. I'd stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Stayed here 3x. First 2x was exceptional service and had a 5 star rating it was amazing. Since the remodel and being bought out it slipped. Recently stayed 3 nights and not 1x did we receive turndown at at all when b4 it was twice a day... paid 330 a night for mediocre service. Staff was warm and friendly but thats as far as it goes.

The rooms are beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Main issue was with the bed: it seems plush but for some reason we slept poorly in it, as did another couple in our party staying in a different room. The fitness center is also small given the hotel size.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with friendly smiles and champagne....or water. We stayed in the executive king suite which was incredible. Very clean and comfortable bed. The tub fills from the ceiling and the shower is very spacious with multiple shower heads. And if you like coffee they have you covered, in the room the have a kurig, coffee pot,instant coffee,French press. Welcome to Seattle. We will stay here again at least twice a year!!!

Hotel is undergoing a renovation, so there is construction in the lobby area. This lead to long wait times for elevator / room service (only flaw with the stay and the reason I deducted a star). Room was excellent with harbor views. Staff was very friendly and polite. Hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all the attractions. Highly recommended!
