Had an amazing couples massage. Both our therapists did an amazing job at addressing our individual issues. A very calm and relaxing environment - I wish I could just hang out here all day LOL. Will definitely be back!!

I've been going to the Jill Bucy spa since October of 2012 and absolutely love it. I had aesthetician Svetlana do my first facial and now I always schedule my appointments around her availability. She listened to my concerns and made my skin glow. The spa has unique super relaxing friendly atmosphere which is a nice change from the chain spas feel I was used to before. The place is definitely worth the money. The Biologique Recherché products used during facials are simply amazing. I highly recommend this spa to anyone seeking a relaxing, enjoyable experience!

My sister and I went here for facials. We get facials and go to different spas on a regular basis and were so pleased with our facials here. The results were amazing, the products we purchased were perfect, and our service was excellent. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a nice, upscale, and relaxing spa experience.

They left a bald patch on my eyebrow! I went to the spa to have my eyebrows waxed and the girl told me they only did sugaring there, not waxing. The spa decor was absolutely lovely and the girl was nicely dressed so I agreed. I really wanted to like it there, as it was so cute. The sugaring felt fine, but when I returned home I noticed a significant bald patch on my left eyebrow! I guess with the sugaring they can not be very accurate with the deisgn and it was a error. The worst thing was the girl did not acknowleged her mistake, so $30.00 later, ($25 + $5 for tip) I am still 1 month later trying to grow out the mistake. Needless to say, despite the adorable ambiance, I will NEVER return.
