Laser hair removal is a joke at this place. I’ve had more than 16 visits and I still don’t see any difference. I talked to them more than 3 times and they said the doctor will call you, he never called. Do not go there!!!

I came in to the Seattle location very hesitantly as I had had a very bad experience at another location. I was very, very pleasantly surprised when I went in to the Seattle location and was treated completely differently than my experience at the other location. The staff in Seattle are amazing and the manager Shay and other girl working, Rebecca were so friendly and really went out of there way to work with me. I went from feeling completely bitter and upset with this company to loving it, all from one visit to the Seattle location. I'm actually looking forward to going there now which I never thought I would say before today. Thanks Shay and Rebecca, you guys are awesome!

Excellent service, and the staff is very professional and friendly. The facilities have been recently updated and are excellent! I highly recommend cucumber!
