Booked a leg and bikini wax. Waxing took twice the time I am accustomed to and was charged $50 extra to wax my toes because they do not include toes with a full leg wax. Was not told up front that toes were not included or that there would be an excessively large upcharge for toes. Cannot recommend this spa for waxing services.

Great value, great service & I would definitely go again. No 5th star because I found out about the automatic gratuity way late. I was going to tip more until that.

Bought a Spa package for a friend that was going to be in Seattle, confirmed with them that they would contact her and provide the detail. They never called her and charged my credit card the full amount for a no show fee.

Horrible customer service and no follow up.
