I just wanted to thank you guys for helping Seid find a place. He was very excited when he showed off his new house key yesterday. He complimented both of you for your great service and how you guys made him feel about the whole home buying experience. He told me more than once how lucky he is to have you guys. I knew he would feel that way because you guys are special. I will forward my long time friend (Jerry) since Jr High School to you who is married with 2 kids and has been renting a house in West Seattle forever.
It is so hard these days to find the customer service you guys give. Seid felt the same way Ronna and I did and that it is genuine coming from you and Kevin.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.975M in Magnolia, Seattle, WA. We have bought three properties with the help of Linda and her husband.

Many times they went out of their way to accommodate our strange schedules and took the time to explain strategies to us.
If you are interested in purchasing land-based properties in the Seattle area, they are fantastic. However, if you are interested in buying water-based dwellings they will blow your mind!
They know EVERYTHING about houseboats, floating homes and house-barges. They have yacht broker's licenses, too. One-stop-shopping! Marta & Langdon

I loved the way she kept in touch with us on the progress of potential buyers and how fast it sold in less than a month. She came in and helped us stage the house and gave us great inexpensive ideas to really add to the value of the house and property. We were truly amazed. GREAT JOB!!!
