Horrible first time experience, I wanted to schedule evaluation for my dog.
I provided documentation but seems like name was missing so they asked me to resend the documentation. Once I did that they didn't responded for three day, I got call after three day(went to my voice mail), I called them back after 1 day, they were somehow not able to find documents I sent. so I asked them to hold over phone and resend all document.

After going throw all these circle they told that they require DAPP every 6 month where my vet recommended after a year. Finally I decided not to use their service, due to so many circles. I went to some other dog lounge they just asked my vet name and directly collected all required documents.

Everyone is really nice, and the dogs are all crazily excited to be here. A lot of cameras to see how they're playing!
