The doctors seem pretty good, and they're pretty flexible with appointments. They are good about making our dog comfortable, and will do the basics (take his weight) without an appointment. However, the techs don't seem so good - they never seem to understand the questions we ask and so it takes us a while to get the answer we're looking for, and it's hard to be confident in it.

Caring and excellent service from Dr. Carson and staff. Great follow-up. Digital x-rays, bloodwork, surgery on site.

I recently switched vet clinics to Lake Union Vet. I wanted a more knowledgeable and experienced Veterinarian for the care of my dogs and was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Waterhouse. Dr. Waterhouse is by far one of the best vets I have chosen. He is extremely smart, caring and compassionate and doesn't cut corners. The entire staff is great. Thank you for the great care you are giving my dogs!!

This place is just okay. The doctors are very strange here and I leave feeling like I was bothering them. The front staff and assistants are okay, some are friendlier than others. I come here out of convenance but I'll be changing soon.

My 3 year old lab has been going to Lake Union Veterinary Clinic for the last 2 years. I honestly just picked the vet closest to me with the best reviews. All those positive reviews are definitely well-deserved across the board. The technicians, front-desk administrators, and of course Dr. Waterhouse, are all amazing and provide a caring/fun/consultative experience, making their patients & owners feel comfortable. Knowing Steel (my pup) is being taken care of is a weight lifted. Highly recommend, 5 stars!
