Nice people, good vets. Some dog owners do not do a good job at keeping their dogs out of the cats only area and the staff does not enforce their own rules.

They are very good, which is why the pricey (even for Seattle) visits are worth it.They are also AAHA. accredited, which is hard to get, but the high standards mean excellent doctors, cleanliness beyond most veterinary offices. They are part of Seattle Veterinary Associates. Friendly, caring doctors and techs! Very professional.

I sought out Queen Anne Animal Clinic after my little dog was attacked by an aggressive dog on the sidewalk (the dog was off leash and not well trained). My dog was shaken like a rag doll and was left with multiple puncture wounds in her neck. I had never been to QAAC before, but a resident in my building happened to mention that they take their dog there. I showed up right at opening and while booked up with appointments, I was immediately given a room and my dog received the best care. They called my vet from my previous city and maintained communication. They also made sure the records were accurate, all while attending to my dog. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Salt and her team. They even followed up with us and made sure that we were both doing alright after the incident. The care was outstanding and the cost was very affordable (especially for an emergency visit/care) from what I am used to. I only recommend QAAC to my neighbors, colleagues, and clients. Dr. Salt and her team are so caring and professional and I truly cannot thank them enough for the care that they have shown my dog. We have visited since the attack for check ups and their service is still excellent.

Have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. Every staff member I've met has been extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

We've gone to this clinic and seen Dr. Spencer and Dr. Westdahl for more than 12 years. Friendly, competent, quick. Sometimes the advice is costly -- Spencer recommended drugs for our dog's hips and for fleas that would have totaled more than $4K a year. We monitored our dog's habits more carefully, making sure he didn't get into filthy areas with strange dogs or jump off high places, and he thrived without any of it. The combo of their good 1 on 1 care and our cautious approach to costs has resulted in a very healthy, handsome lab/poodle mix for nearly 14 years. Five stars for this great team.
