Have a reservation thru my insurance agency. Have been calling since 11:09 am. until 12:50 pm. No one ever answered the phone. I would call and stay on hold until the system hung up. Then call right back. I finally gave up and called a different branch. I would NEVER recommend this branch to anyone. Don't even waste your time.

Made reservations for a compact car all they had was a van. Wait time is ridiculous

RJ was extremely helpful. I flew in to the downtown airport. He had a driver pick us up. We were running late and there was no rush and the staff was extremely friendly. He allowed us to drop the car off at the airport which allowed us to leave earlier. Highly recommend. Great rate, and great service!
