I received a good car in the class requested. It did have some damages and I asked the agent at the counter for a vehicle with in state registration, but not much effort was made to assist with the request. None at all to be exact.

I reserved a car for my family, who needed to go out of town for a funeral. I called prior to making the reservation. I was told no cash deposits, but I needed $200. I made the reservation online. When they got to the counter, they were told they couldn't rent because they had a debit card.

I've rented several times before, and I've always used my debit card. I called prior to making the reservation , and I was not told about this. I called the 1-800 number and was told that they could have used the card. If changes were made, it seems the 800 number would have known about it. I've been calling trying to get someone at the counter. The line has been busy since 7: 10 a.m., and it is almost 8:00 a.m.

I've seen poor Hertz reviews, but this is the first time that I've actually had to write one.

We rented a SUV from this location to drive one way to Colorado. Poor customer service and they gave a a vehicle that had a very long crack in the windshield. They gave us no choice but to take it or leave it. When we arrived in Colorado to drop off the car the doors were locked with a note on the door saying that they were helping another customer and would be back shortly. After 30 minutes we started calling other locations to get help. We did get help from another location by them sending someone. It turns out that the guy running the place was obviously sleeping in the back. When we voiced our concerns to this person about the cracked windshield he said that that was Shreveport Louisiana's problem not his. His aditud and demeanor was just plain shocking. We shut our mouths, paid the bill and left discussed! I am so sick of business that do not care for their customers. The bill was over 775 bucks for our 3 day rental. Hertz NEVER again will we stick one foot on any of your property's!

I've been renting from Hertz for over 20 years. I have always been satisfied with the cars and the service.I've tried the rest but Hertz 's the BEST.

One person trying to work three separate orders at the same time and taking a ridiculously long time to process anything. Then, I was denied service even though I had a govt reservation because I didn't have my flight itinerary on hand to show the my return flight info. Luckily I had another traveler with me to switch my name to or else I wouldn't have had a ride. I have never had to show my itinerary for a govt reservation. Not to mention the lady working the desk did not know what she was doing and kept calling someone else to process reservations instead of having someone there to help her. Will not be returning to this Hertz!!
