They put me in a car that was making a scraping noise and when I came back in to exchange it, (didn't leave the premises, just turned around in the parking lot) they accused me of hitting a curb and said I damaged the car. VERY rude and unprofessional girl that worked there tried to tell me I had to sign a report saying I wrecked it or they were going to bill me the damages. I had to get my attorney and their manager involved. Never never never rent a car from them. Pay the extra couple of bucks and don't get framed for damages because their inspector didn't do his job. Straight up scam.

Avoid...unprofessional and ripping people off, read what others are warning you in YELP. In the past, I have frequently rented from this airport and Thrifty here is BAD NEWS! I recommend Hertz or Enterprise, they may be more expensive at times, but worth not having to deal with the “surprise" when you return the car because you "signed" their contract in good faith. Please email me if you also interested in suing them in a class action lawsuit for their bait-and-switch scam.

The customer service was fine. It was to extra charges that they don't tell you about. I usually rent Enterprise and I have no problems. I will go back them. I pray that I never have to go back to this company again. They over charge for everything.

This has to be the most unprofessional place ever. Your ads say one thing, your under enthusiastic, sitting in the corner on the cell phone while I stand in a 1 person line, employees say something different. IF I had checked your reviews PRIOR to booking a reservation, I'd saved myself time, energy and frustration. NEVER AGAIN.

Screwed by Thrifty just like the others. Expedia reservation clearly said unlimited mileage. Thrifty said they would not honor it. Period. Multiple phone calls later, no change. Added over $100 to a $175 reservation.
Can't trust Thrifty or Expedia. No one willing to "make it right".
