Excellent experience ! Outstanding care and concern. Call bell was answered in a timely manner. Busy place but that had no impact on quality of care. From the kitchen to building maintenance everyone had a mission and that was patient care. The pt. Always came first and attended to immediately. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. Procedures were always explained before treatment making sure everything was understood. Overall the entire stay was the best care anywhere. I think the size has so much to do with comfort. Larger facilities give you the feeling of being a number. Here I felt part of a family. I understand some of the employees have been there for over 30 years with the majority being 10-15-20 years. That says something. You don't see that anymore. They are doing something right to be able to keep people working for the same place that long. They actually let me bring my little dogs in to visit with Momma. Of course they have some rules ,but it's a proven fact that pets help with the healing process. I think that approach is wonderful and we will see it more in the future. Our overall experience very pleasureable. If it had to be done again. This is where we would want to be. Thank you all so much for your concern and caring.

Terrible place. While there are a few that are good, most are not. My grandmother fell out of her bed because they forgot to put her railing up. The bed had an alarm but she was already in the floor by the time someone came. The fall resulted in a fractured humorous, fractured neck, and a large bruise and laceration on her head. For two days she sat there before they transported her to the hospital. When she arrived at the hospital even more concerning things were found that I will not go into. A gentleman across the hall told me they "tested" there response time of the bed alarm and purposely set it off. After 4 minutes no one came so they turned it off themselves. This place is terrible and should not even be in business!

Worse hospital I've ever been to. Rude nasty and don't treat their patients with care. And don't answer the nurses call at all and just hang up before you're done talking. Nasty rude trashy hospital.
