Boiled shrimp and crab legs on Friday were excellent. Cooks and waiters treated you very well. Food price very reasonable. The manager Mr woody came to visit my table to see if we needed anything. Very nice person.

I've worked at Boomtown Casino a little over a year and the experience working there has been phenomenal. I really enjoy interacting with the guest especially when they are winning. We have a friendly atmosphere and the guest keep coming. I work in security and I love what I do.

We brought some friends and came to gamble at Boomtown, but today it did not feel like normal to us. A lot of remodeling and game swap out going on.
Staff was friendly as usual, just seemed like shift may have been short handed today.
Also noticed you could not go outside on the boat, all doors had signs saying Alarms would sound.
We normally stay for dinner, but had friends wanting to venture out to the other locations.
Restrooms spotless as normal, we took a picture of the river thru the glass door.

I recently stayed at the hotel in Bossier City and the online reviews was a 3 1/5 star. Well that needs to be retracted. The room was nice and clean, but the cable TV did not work because they were supposed to be changing providers and they didn't let anyone know about it, the Internet didn't work either and they didn't let me know about that either and the rooms don't have a refrigerator in it either. The front desk personal were very polite, but I think they should have let me know about these things! And they don't have a complimentary Breakfast!

I love Boomtown Casino and Hotel their slots, rooms, food, employees and service are wonderful. Having Club 38 open 7 days a week is much appreciative. Their Executive Hosts and hosts are there to help you as needed. The various place for you and guest to choose to dine at is a plus. Everything is so convenient. After gaming you can dance the night away at Boomers and when you are so exhausted from all the fun, the Hotel is not far, just a few steps away.
