This is by far the worst experience I have every had with a hotel . The view from the window is a brick wall 2 feet out side. The honeymoon package consists of rise peddles made of paper . Cheep valentine stuf. The bathroom room floor had a black film on it the towel that was on the floor had black stains on it . The cold water on the vanity did not work . The noise from hall way was loud from the 2 in Crack under the door. The wine was giving to us when we check out .they for got. The was several items ok not the package list that was not given to us .. the pictures of the hotel on the website is not the same place we stayed. I gave them 0 star's. I have called 4 times to speak to manager she not returned my call .

So beautiful, and staff are so nice. Drink specials almost every day, nice and unique rooms, and pretty tasty breakfast options. If stay here every time I came to Shreveport if I could.

The event room was very beautiful. I loved all the chandaliers and brick. The balcony had a great view to my surprise. It seems like the perfect place to hold a wedding and reception here. The atmosphere was perfect for any kind of party really very elegant and chic.

Really nice suite (we were in #7, Gainsborough), though some noise from the roof and the club next door did trickle in, quite late at night. Turning the A/C fan on helped with that. You should also know that the valet service is nearly essential, since there is only metered parking in that area. But it was very nice and well-decorated, friendly staff, breakfast was tasty (and reasonably priced), and if you use the pool and spa services it's very convenient. Within walking distance of several nice restaurants and pubs and bars.

What a lovely hotel! It's situated in the middle of downtown Shreveport, in the middle of the action. Loved the pool, they have these neat bean bag floats that we loved! The room is huge! Can't believe the price for a massive suite. The downside is the parking situation, it's $22 a day and its valet only, which is a little frustrating.
