I came here cause there was a problem with my account. Every time I call I'm prompted to the fraud dept first. I was told I needed to "authenticate" myself. The nearest bank from where live is an hr away. I get here and there is 2 ladies in line, one lady is already getting helped. Next to the bank teller is another lady talking, just problems about their life. Then another lady is in one of the offices helping out a family. Its now been 45 mins and I'm still here and haven't been helped. If I have one word it would be "LAZY". Why the heck do these ladies even get hired if they don't want to work. I understand the gal in the office helping the family. What about the other three behind the counter. Very unprofessional and just garbage. If you like garbage, lazy and unprofessional then this is your spot. I have yet to be helped.
