I waited over 20 minutes past the drive thru waiting on the food. I called the store, no answer. I honked my horn, no answer. It was a day where I didn't want to or was dressed to get out of my car. I finally got out and asked about my order. They HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT YET. I asked to speak to manager and the employee gave me her name and the store number. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge... And the manager was actually there, listening to me and the cashier speak and had walked away. I got my money back and refuse to go back until changes were made. I called the district supervisor and still haven't heard anything.
Do not ever go to this Church's Chicken unless you're starving and want to wait a long time

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! Took 20 minutes to get my food but every other person behind me(that just all happened to be Caucasian) got a chance to get their food, eat, & leave . I am truly disappointed and don't plan on coming back for a while !

The food was bland. The costumer service was terrible. All the workers were rude. Had terrible attitudes and were playing on their phones, not doing their job. They messed up my order. I will never go back to that location
