Room was clean. Bed was really comfy. Shower pressure is great. Bathtub is huge. There is a fridge in the room. The problem is they didn't have a mini bar. They didn't even have water in the room. To get bottles water, I shouldn't have to go all the way down stairs.

Very clean and well kept, most of the staff is friendly. The gambling floor could be more open but it's a nice experience. Food if good and service is top notch. But keep in mind if you go here with kids there is no pool.

Stayed for a night her and was very impressed. The resort is very nice and the room/suite I stayed in was huge and well appointed. Really liked the river view along with how comfortable the room was.
The staff from the front desk to the security and greeters were very friendly and welcoming. I have stayed at a number of casino resorts...outside of Vegas...this is one of the best.

It's no Vegas, but the Horseshoe remains a favorite of ours! I do wish the good options were more abundant but we love Jasmine's Noodle bar. The burger bar leaves something to be desired for though. A true 24hr snack bar like Margaritaville has would be amazing. The room was nice as always. Clean and pleasant.

We were greeted immediately with a huge hello by a ballet and bellman. We had driven 10 hrs from laredo and were spent. they let me get a later than usual checkout so my wife and i could sleep in and get some rest. We hit the tables won. Got delicious room service the next morning. Beautiful king room. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was delightful. Our black jack dealer was great. Highly suggest if you are near Bossier City.
