Went to the restaurant with wife and 3 kids. Everything was perfect before we begin to eat. The server came up my table only twice. I mean bring out the food and ticket. I mean... she brought the check but i need to go to front desk to pay. Never refilled the drinks or check my table what we need during the meal. I dont know why should i give her a tip. Food was ok but service was horrible.

Most defiantly one of the better ihops I've ever been too. The food is great and the service is good too.

Food and wait staff were decent. But it took an HOUR to get the food! Milk was hot by the time food arrived because we had no clue it would take so long! They were out of hot chocolate, hot teas, and apple juice!

We asked for a table for 4. Waiter repeated our request with disrespect. We got our drink orders pretty quickly and ordered our meal. Asked for a half order of crepes, waiter acknowledged. When we got our food it was a full order and other food was not hot. Ended up being charged for full order of crepes. When we were paying for our check, the hostess gave a military discount to the folks ahead of us. We explained we were military too she wouldn't give us the same privilege. JUST IGNORED the request. Wouldn't be returning there again. BAD ADDITUDES, BAD

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Me, my husband and 2 little kids went last Sunday morning. The place had hardly anyone in there. It took a few minutes for the waitress to understand our drink order, Dr Pepper, Pepsi, kids apple juice and kids Pepsi. We had to repeat it several times. Taking our order was even more excruciating. After 20 minutes she came back and said the kitchen lost our order so we had to go through the process all over again. After 20 minutes more still no food. We decided to leave. On the way out I called over a manager to explain why we are leaving and all she could say was oh well I just got here. Never again. Did I mention it was not busy?? Now I know why!!!
