Excellent food & excellent service. Shaun goes out of her way to take care of customers. I'm sure each persons experience may be different but ours was very good & glad we chose Smokey Joe's.

I thought it was strange there were so few people in the restaurant, but later figured out why. The waitress, Ketalee, was not the most pleasant person...never a smile. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak
sandwich. It took a longer then normal time to get our order. We did not get a refill on our drinks. The sandwich was not cut and was smothered in what appeared to be Cheese Whiz. I couldn't cut it nor eat it like a sandwich. Pretty tasteless. Horrible! No tip for the crappy service!

Of all the places to eat at Sam's Town this is the worst. Arrived there at 1:15 pm was seated and ordered drinks. Drinks came out right away. Waited for another thirty minutes and no one bothered to take our food order. It was slow abd the waiting staff were just standing abd talking with each other. I asked one of the waitress to assist us and she looked at me as if I was not talking to her and kept walking. The manager came over and I explained to her our dissatisfaction of service and it had now been over an hour. The manager apologized and took our order. But it gets worse now. We finally get our food after waiting another thirty minutes or longer and the food comes out cold.The manager comes over and once again I let her know this is totally unacceptable. She advised she has been trying to call her boss and is not getting an answer. Meanwhile the staff is still doing the same as before but now have become loud and obnoxious. The Sous chef comes out to ask what is the problem and what can she do to make it right. There were four of us and one was pregnant and really needed to eat. The manager claims to have comped my players card but of course that was a lie once I left and checked my card. I did let her know I would be writing a review of my experience. Avoid Smokey Joe unless you are looking for the most worst experience when dining out. The staff and management need some customers service training very badly.

I want to sincerely thank the General Manager Dexter on giving us exceptional customer service and hospitality despite of one out of many negative situations with room/hotel service. The five stars are specifically for him. :)
