It is really hit and miss here. When it is good, it is great! When it isn't, it is not edible. It is impossible to tell what kind of day it is until you get the food.

Down home, Southern comfort food at it's BEST. That's coming from a born and bred Southern girl and Louisiana Cajun. Biscuits, cornbread, southern fried chicken to chicken fried steak and gravy to meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The daily specials here are delicious and quite the value. Locals love this place.

The food here is excellent!!! The employees are so wonderfully nice!!! It's a great place to start the day, or any other time!!! We love it!!!

Never had a bad meal here. Best breakfast in Shreveport. The biscuits are amazing g as well as their homemade pancakes. Great staff. They stay busy but never had any problems getting a seat.

What keeps us going back is the flavor of the comfort food. Quality and quantity! The staff is great. They recognize their regular patrons and they all have a pleasant attitude. The parking lot needs work, and the floor inside is worn, but that doesn't bother me much.
