I brought my service dog, my lifeline, the animal that saves my life on a daily basis, to this animal hospital. I was in Texas for a family members funeral and this was the only hospital we could find open on a Sunday. The office visit price seemed reasonable, the staff were wonderfully friendly and compassionate to my delima.

I was told on the phone that they would accept payments, when i asked the vet about it she handed me a care credit application. So in all honesty they don't take payments. They gave me a quote, just for diagnostics and anti nausea and diarrhea medicines of just over $1500.

Unfortunately, due to the current circumstances that was completely out of my price range. I had to load him back in the car and drive another 100 miles back home to my parents house and hope he will be alright until their vet opens tomorrow.

Wish i could give negative stars!! This place was absolutely HORRIBLE! PURE negligence. Claimed my dog "looked stable" and let him sit and die for hours until they went through all other patients they found worthy of their service. Did not hear an update for hours until a nurse came out and said "we just switched shifts so im not sure why this is happening but your dog is trying to die on us and we wanted to know if we should start CPR" And less than 10 minutes later he died. Definitely wont be the last they hear from me. I feel completely disrespected and disgusted by this place.

My dog gashed open her leg one weekend night. I called them and asked for a price on stitches the lady said that it would be $400 so I asked for some advice on how to treat it until the during the week and she just made a noise and said " Oh I don't know just wash it with water" she didn't seem to care at all just really sad no one can even take the time to offer a little advice.

This was the second time in just over a year we have been in the need of the Emergency Animal Clinic and both times everyone was amazing. Unfortunately, this time we lost our sweet dog, Nora. Inspite of that, everyone at the clinic was wonderful. They even decorated her little box they put her in. Such a sweet, heartfelt gesture to try and bring a little comfort to a heartbroken family. Thank you all for the care you gave to our sweet Nora.

Needed a vet for an emergency with my dog late at night. I was panicking and thinking that not only was I going to lose him, but also that there was no place to take him so late at night on a weekend.

Not only were the people here professional and efficient, but they took and stabilized my dog immediately and then cared for him further as soon as they possibly could. The were sweet and caring with him, helped ease my fears, and then told me what they found and what they suggested without pushing me to do anything superficial just for money.

The cherries on top of the whole visit? They found out more than the other vets that I had visited and charged me a rate that was incredibly affordable.

I cannot recommend these people enough.
