They need someone who can answer questions to answer the phone.Also know prices on basic things because money is something everyone don't have .I have to know before hand I'm on a fixed income.

Wonderful pet care, although they are overpriced. If you decide to make this your regular veterinary office, do not sign your pet up for their "Petly Plan." The staff are uninformed about it and extremely poor about communicating the financial portion of the plan with customers. We were over-charged multiple times for this plan.

I hadn't even visited the place yet. I called for information just to help me decide which clinic I should take my kitten to.The woman who answered seemed very professional and I'm assuming I spoke too fast when I first told her what I called for when her professional voice immediately switched to irritated and her tone wan't upbeat like it was when she picked up. I found it rude when it went from bubbly sweet to a "I can't understand you" in a flat tone. I continued anyway repeated what I had said again and her voice went up again but as she was answering my questions her voice trailed off and she seemed like rushing it. I was writing down information and she spoke too fast almost rudely and when I said "that's it thank you" she piped again with a "you're welcome" and I as I was saying "have a good day" I heard a beep and I looked at my phone. She didn't hang up but when I put it against my ear I hear nothing so I hang up. I got my answers but I won't be choosing this place. My first impression of this place was a poorly answered phone call.

My husband and I have quite a few animals and Wise Choice is always helpful, understanding and professional. I cannot thank them enough for being there for our fur babies!

Dr. Wise addresses all of my questions and concerns with patience and asks before running any tests that would cost extra. I recommend her highly. I even recommend her to my father-in-law, and he absolutely loves her. My in-law's former vet of 20+ years had been severely price gouging them and recently waved away a HUGE abscess on their dog as unimportant because the culture came back negative. Dr. Wise did not. She operated to removed the abscess, their dog is doing great and they were even happier that Dr. Wise didn't charge them the kind of money they were used to paying, which truly was outrageous! All of her staff is very nice, professional and helpful. I am so happy I found Dr. Wise!
