Rented a car here. However, was heading in a direction that was "out of range" with extra fees. Left us in a bad way. Took it off my rental car list.

Best car rental location I've ever dealt with. I've rented here for work every week or two for the last six months and their service and attitude is impeccable. Not your typical corporate rental chain experience. Highly recommended.

Fast, friendly service and the experience was completely hassle-free. For both picking up and dropping off of rental, it took less than 5 minutes (not my experience from other places which have taken up to half an hour). I was given a great vehicle and had a blast using it!

I asked for my pick up to be moved back two days, it was handled easily. When we got there they got us processed and on our way quickly, I could not have asked for anything more, thank you again, the next time we need a rental car in Spokane we will use Budget.
