These guys are awesome. They have driven me home on several occasions which they are not required to do. I rent frequently during the off season as they have a really good weekend special. They are always courteous and will go above and beyond to make me happy. I was recently in an accident and have had a rental car for longer than usual. The one they picked me up in was idling funny and they had me switched out for a different (better) car in less than 30 minutes. I have never had a bad experience with these guys. The downtown location is also good, although I don't have as much experience with that location. The one on Francis was not great. I went up there because they had the specific car I wanted to rent but made a big fuss about applying my work discount so I never went back there. If you need to rent a car Enterprise on Division is the best!!
