Having to select your seats slows up the ticket purchasing too much. When you finally get to the theater, you usually only find 2 - 6 people in there. And someone may be sitting in the seat you have selected. Just nonsense unless it is a super popular movie and the theater is packed. That is NOT the case usually. The seats are very comfy. The popcorn is very good.

I looked up movie times and what was playing so that my foreign exchange student from Italy could experience Imax. We drove down from Newport and found that Imax was closed and had been for a while for reconstruction on Riverfront Park! I am amazed that there was nothing mentioned on the internet about this! Is there another location? I wouldn't have wasted the gas and time if I had known! What a let down! So very disappointed!

No work ethics ,I called there the people who work there can not give you the basic information on promotions and cards. They gave me wrong info and someone else got the starwars collecter cards. Think 5 dollars all october for movies is a good deal, think again, some of the money you spend here goes to china , they use the money to upgrade there weapons so they can kill us, what a good deal.

I went today to see IT. Buying tickets easy. Guy taking tickets nice. We get up to buy our snacks and the employee (dark hair ans black glasses) was behind the counter eating handfuls of popcorn. She handed us our popcorn and cup and all I can think is she was just eating of of that hand. The person behind me ordered a bucked of popcorn and she scooped his popcorn with the germy hand. Now I don't know food handler laws and regulations but that seems wrong.
