I work late and by me being 5 minutes late they won't reschedule or take the money I offered for my mess up, I know I signed the contract. I've been looking everywhere for a dentist that takes my insurance and when I finally find one they feel so entitled they don't care about their patients just about their time slots and money? There is no second chance? There is a reason I work long hours just to be able to afford what I do. You are a terrible practice, receptionist, and location. I'm sure you just love working for the lower income of Spokane. I want to become a dental assistant maybe then I'll be able to afford or privilege to your practice.

Despite the reviews I read, I found that this dentist doesn't have a "Rough" personality at all. He was nice, as well as chatty, and wasn't offputting to me. I will be going back for follow up. Not bad!

I have been seeing this dentist since I was a young boy. I have never received friendly care from this health professional. He is an old man with no sincerity to the people he is working on. I get the feeling that he has been doing this for so long that has begun seeing people as walking teeth and not money. Today I went back to him thinking that things might have changed, but to my discouragement it hadn't. He was not receptive to new questions, concentrating on only the job and showing little concern to whether or not I was experiencing pain or communicating to me that there may be pain/pressure. It was about getting the job done, nothing more. I also don't get the feeling that his secretarial position is handled to the highest standard. I went in there 3 years ago paid a bill and found out today that it had been taken to collection. The bill was paid, but they had it down as not being paid. There was no communication signaling a debt had accrued even though his secretary had my address. Again, if you want a lickity split impersonal dentist who cares little about his patients well being then this is the dentist for you!

At first the visits were great. The Dr. had a little bit of a rough personality but that I could get past. The visits were fast and almost completeley painfree, however not even a year after having work done fillings were packing down and falling out. What I haven't had to have replaced has to be. I was happy and now I am very dissatisfied.
