They are rude and treat you like your scum or like your a criminal assume that your at the er just to get pain killers . Hate to tell you most of the people in this town arnt going there for a cheap fix some of us have reAl heath issues I don't even tAke pain killers.

Terrible service. Tried calling and she kept hanging up on me when i was trying to speak to her.

They made me sit in the waiting room while I was half way unconscious from diabetic ketone acidocious. There was barley anyone even in the waiting room but they made me wait.. while trying not to go into a coma. My DKA was so severe that while being transferred to Sacred Heart because Holy Family had no room in ICU the guy in the ambulance said he was surprised I was still alive, he said usually when someone's acid levels are as high as mine that's when he stops giving CPR and stops trying to save them. Yep and this hospital made me wait in the waiting room smh I'm glad I was transfered to Sacred Heart!

If you have something going on inside your body like diverticulitis don't go here. They are bound to botch it the first time and send you home with no help. They will get it right the second time but by then you will have a perforated colon. Enjoy!

This place is terrible if you need more then urgent care. The fast track is great, but the main section allows them to pick who is needing care worse then others. A rude triage nurse thought I was saying my friend needed help more then everyone else when I was pointing out that my friend could not swallow and other people waiting had iv'S yet she did not. After 4 hours we had enough and came to deaconess. Multiple said deaconess wasn't taking patients anymore so I called and here we are at deaconess. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
