The front office staff is very unpleasant and I always feel uncomfortable going in there since they seem unwelcoming, but most of all the straight haired blonde girl who is always a snot and very unpleasant. I was there yesterday and once again she was unpleasant and snotty, as always. She always seems to be put out when you walk up to the counter as you are taking up her time.
