Waited over a month for an appointment. Got here at the time scheduled and was told I was 15 minutes late. Showed the lady my appointment card and confirmation email. Too bad wait another 3 weeks for an appointment. My daughter is suffering and these people are a joke. Currently trying to find another provider but I guess this is the only GI in the state besides in Seattle. This has been the worst experience with a Dr.

The people at providence pediatric GI. Do not care about all there patients. My daughter has been very sick for months and when you call them 90% of the time they don't return phone calls. She has been dropping weight fast (25 lbs) I have taken her to the hospital and they have told her she needs to get into the GI doctor there is nothing they can do. The GI doctors can't won't see her until march, that is in acceptable. They said if you can get in within 10 minutes we have a appointment now. With the weather I would never make it, I'm on the other side of town. This is also the only pediatric GI doctor in Spokane. One of the doctors at this office also told my daughter she was fat and (yes he actually said she was fat) that her weight was why she is having issues. Well she has been loosing weight that won't stop and the lady I spoke to won't squeeze her in.
